This map shows the proposed Riversdale and Willison Stations Activity Centre catchment boundaries, together with the proposed building heights for each area.

As a Neighbourhood Activity Centre, the proposed Riversdale and Willison Stations Activity Centre comprises an inner catchment and an outer catchment. No core area has been identified. The proposed inner catchment allows development of up to 4–6 storeys depending on site size, while the proposed outer catchment allows development of up to 3–4 storeys.

Note: This map reflects the current proposed Activity Centre boundaries and controls. Final maps will be released by the Victorian Government when the Activity Centre is gazetted.
