Ashburton Station

This map shows the proposed Ashburton Station Activity Centre core and catchment boundaries, together with the proposed building heights for each area.

As a Neighbourhood Activity Centre, the proposed Ashburton Station Activity Centre includes an outer catchment allowing development of up to 3–4 storeys depending on site size. The proposed core allows buildings of up to 8 storeys.

Note: This map reflects the current proposed Activity Centre boundaries and controls. Final maps will be released by the Victorian Government when the Activity Centre is gazetted.
